Repairs were handled quick and efficient.
This was my first visit to Imperial Lofts and upon arriving, I was met by the leasing agent Paul, who sat me down in his office and explained the process of the tour and then we went upstairs and looked at a studio apartment and rooftop deck and clubhouse gymnasium dog run. Paul is a great guide. he even gave me tips on what restaurants in the neighborhood have the best burgers and places I should go for coffee appreciate those tips, overall, I would give my visit a 10/10 rating. I have lived here for 6 years and it’s a wonderful place to live. You’re right at everything downtown - farmer’s market, brunch, nightlife, events, arts and culture. The staff have always been top notch and there are community events occasionally. Great place to live!
