I have lived here for 6 years and it’s a wonderful place to live. You’re right at everything downtown - farmer’s market, brunch, nightlife, events, arts and culture. The staff have always been top notch and there are community events occasionally. Great place to live!
I just moved into Imperial Hardware Lofts and have had a fantastic experience so far. From the beginning, everything has been smooth and professional. A special shoutout to Paul, the leasing agent, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made moving in stress-free by being responsive, informative, and genuinely friendly. The building itself is beautiful, and I’m excited to call this place home. Highly recommend!
I’m a new resident at imperial hardware lofts! It’s a really convenient location with lots of fun things to do nearby. The amenities are nice and well maintained. Paul in the leasing office is so helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me move my couch upstairs and kept a package that was too big for the lockers safe in his office. He really goes above and beyond and is super nice!
Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds.
