Sarah and the whole Imperial team were fantastic to work with. They patiently answered all our questions, communicated through the fabrication process on options, installed flawlessly, and the end-result was better than I ever expected.
I highly recommend Imperial Granite and truly appreciate the entire team for their professionalism, reliability, and continued support. A special thank you to Mr. Babaei for his incredible experience and expertise. He always has a practical and effective solution, even for the most challenging stonework. His knowledge and experience are truly valuable. I would also like to give a special thank you to Sarah. She is always responsive, responsible, and professional, even when she is extremely busy. We dealt with Sarah at Imperial and she was amazing! Truly went above and beyond for us with our quartz countertop (Caesarstone - 6046 Moorland Fog). We had a super tight timeline for fabrication and install as well as had to coordinate with the plumbing supplier to expedite the sink and Sarah took care of all of it and made it happen for us. We are so happy! Definitely recommend Sarah at Imperial (and Imperial in general) and glad Crystal Wilcox could connect us with her. Thank you Sarah!!
