Customer service was great. The quality of the very expensive sofa and pillows is terrible. Sofa is uncomfortable and awkward. Pillows do not hold their shape and shed feathers constantly. I truly wish I had a better review.
We purchased from Imperial Furniture two reclining chairs which turned out to be not exactly what we wanted. We were treated very courteously when we asked to return them after one week. Thank you, Imperial's entire staff, for your kind handling of our return. We will happily do business with you in the future.
We ordered a recliner from them. It had an issue with a button hole that was in a hard to repair spot after several months of use. They replaced the whole chair. You could not ask for better customer service.
