Imperial Furniture is the best place to buy furniture in all Michiana. I worked with Carol and she was outstanding! I bought a sofa, chair and coffee table and it was custom ordered and all arrive perfect and its gorgeous! If you are looking for furniture look no further. This is the place to go! Wonderful quality at good price. Ask for Carol.
Customer service was great. The quality of the very expensive sofa and pillows is terrible. Sofa is uncomfortable and awkward. Pillows do not hold their shape and shed feathers constantly. I truly wish I had a better review.
We purchased from Imperial Furniture two reclining chairs which turned out to be not exactly what we wanted. We were treated very courteously when we asked to return them after one week. Thank you, Imperial's entire staff, for your kind handling of our return. We will happily do business with you in the future.
