Horrible experience with what should have been a simple recall repair on my Ford Escape. Called and scheduled the appointment many weeks in advance and was told it was a one day repair and could be picked up at the end of the day it was dropped off on. I drop off the car for the repair on the scheduled day and get a call at the end of the day that the car would not be ready because they had to order the part. I purchased a used ‘21 Powerboost from another dealer and the day it was delivered a code showed up. Imperial found the issue that was a problem since 2022 for this truck apparently. Not only did they fix the issue I brought the truck in for, but they also fixed a piece of trim on the running board that had popped out of the slots it slides into.
