Seriously the worst place to take your vehicle they don’t communicate and their work is atrocious. Been waiting five months to put my vehicle together that they called and said would be done three weeks ago after telling me two months ago all the parts are in. Now claiming they never called. Also very rude no customer service. Feel bad for anyone that goes here

Absolute regret using this dealership. Always compare quotes from service, Liberty added $100 to $200 on even the small parts compared to other local dealerships. The diagnostic and repair is centered around building the problem and milking you more and more, for me it was thousands. I ended up ordering a new truck at their recommendation (stupid). They got my half-fixed truck at a great trade-in (planned) and made a big sale. Which brings me to sales, they missed three options that I asked for and told me dually’s were... read more

Well before it was due, I took my recently purchased truck into my local dealership to get the "the works" done just to be safe. I was informed that my front brakes are nearly metal to metal L1-1/R1-0. My rear brakes were 6mm. I asked how this was possible as I purchased the truck three months ago and have driven 3,000 (mostly Highway 20) miles. I was informed that it shouldn't be possible short of me racing which sadly I am not. I asked for the inspection report from Canby, which showed 5mm on both the front and back brakes... read more

I pulled into your service dept unannounced yesterday Jan. 5th. My F-150 was loosing oil, lots of oil. Jeremy at the service desk started the work order. Jodi came outside from the Garage, saw the extent of the problem and told me to wait until he could get back to me. Less than 1/2hr later Jodi came in to explain and Jeremy finished the work order. My wife and I were traveling from Iowa to Arkansas and developed trouble with our F150 ford. We had been hunting and knew we could not get home with the truck issue. We looked up a ford dealer and found Trenary ford. We arrived there at 7:30 am and explained our issue to Cameron Wheeler. He said they were extremely busy but fit us in immediately. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership/service center. Save yourself the stress and money. There are so many local mechanics that value integrity, honesty, and open communication at a fraction of the price. Our experience at Bill Knight Ford has been a nightmare. We originally went in for radiator hoses that we thought would be covered under warranty. They were not, but the service center did find a long list of other “issues” we were unaware of.
