Absolutely terrible. I do NOT have insurance with this company but their insurer t-boned me and I have been trying to file a claim against this company and I get NO UPDATES or returned calls/emails back. This wreck happened a month ago, my car is still damaged and I have zero info on why they are not helping me get my car covered.
