Wish I could give more stars. I was referred by my buddy, and 100% thankful he recommended this place. I called a last week about getting my bracelet shortened, the guy over the phone was super nice and informing. When I came in he gave me an appraisal and left it with him for the week. I needed to have my wedding and engagement rings resized and found good reviews for Imperial Jewelers. The reviews were good, but I would like to say that the service was amazing! Eric was thorough in measuring and telling me about their process, which is all done in house. My rings were done in two days!!! They fit perfectly and shine as brightly as the day I was given them! I would recommend them 100 percent!

Walked in and was greeted by Nelson. He was amazing to deal with and helped me purchased what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient during my shopping process. It is a family run business that have been around for 30 years and they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend.
Paul and his staff are simply the best. Great pricing, over the top customer service and an unbelievable overall experience. I’ve purchased a few things over the years and even had some custom jewelry made. Going anywhere else is a mistake.
