Terrible customer service! On the last order, they took over three weeks to get us a gate, and never once called to tell us that it was already to go. On this order, they tried to deliver us residential materials when we asked for Commercial grade. And then they got obnoxious about it on the phone. We will never use them again I recommend you not use them either
Friendly Staff and Great Products, they really came through for me on a last minute project, would definitely recommend and use the company for similar fencing projects!
We were very impressed with Imperial fence. We are putting fence up at our home for our fur babies.We explained to Amber in the front office that we have never done fencing. She went above and beyond going over our supply list and making sure we had everything we needed and printed instructions for us. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. We shopped around before deciding to go with imperial. Not only was the service impeccable but it was also the best price anywhere. Thank you Imperial Fence!
