Had a scheduled appointment through imperial fence. The fence we currently have was built by them. So we wanted to have them redo our privacy gate. They show up and tell us that they will get some info together and get back to us. It’s been weeks….. sadly we have more fence that will need to be replaced also but we are going with a different company now.

UPDATE: On May 28th a crew from Imperial Fence came back out and redid some of the concrete posts. It looks much better than what it did originally. As I stated in my initial review, the fence looks really nice, and I appreciated the subsequent customer service that Imperial Fence provided. We had a gate and fence at our job site hit by a truck and needed repairs. The company was great, responsive and top quality work. We would for sure use them again in the future.
