We deliberated over a fence, weighing our options, for a long time before choosing Imperial Fence and had a great experience. they custom ordered a fence for us and had it installed in 2 days. The process was quite easy. UPDATE - follow up on a few service requests done after initial install went unaddressed.
We recently hired Imperial Fence to replace our old, wood fence with a brand new white vinyl fence and they did not disappoint. I contacted Imperial Fence in Tewksbury and spoke to Ray. I had a very small fence repair that probably wasn’t worth him coming out to fix it, but he came and fixed it immediately. Ray is such a nice young man. I was so pleased with his work and his quick response. He was so pleasant and his price was amazing. I can’t say enough about him and his company.
