Poor management.
I was to 10 years I like there..The people was nice .
I was told during an interview that they would not fire you without the proper warnings about your production. That was a LIE. I was let go without warning because I wasn't producing enough in a position I was only at for two weeks. They throw you on machines, with minimal training, do not discuss with you what is expected of you for your production.
