I always enjoy Going into this store the staff is always friendly and well knowledge on the inventory they have. I can walk in a tell them what I'm working on and what I have in mind and they lead me to the right aisle. I also enjoy the one and one interaction with the staff. No like other big stores that have Staff that walks away
They literally have just about every nut it bolt you might need for a home project.
Followed around the store by multiple associates including the assistant store manager while looking for washers and bolts. Submitted a request to speak to a company representative that went unanswered. Will just be avoiding the chain.
