This ACE location is my new favorite hardware store not only in El Centro but back home in utah, ive been to all the big box hardware stores and they said they could order what i needed so I tried ACE and within 20 seconds an employee directed me where to go and they had what everyone else did not. Definitely made me a lifetime customer.

It is the worst service I have ever received in a shop. The staff are not organised. I ordered a Yeti and they told me it would arrive in two days. It has been 11 days and they are telling me they did not order it... so what did I pay for? I am very upset with this service.
Gorilla tape-18 dollars. A pack of small assorted nails-8 bucks, this store is ridiculously overpriced.
