Dr and staff are amazing!
DR E you are a great doctor. Unfortunately I can't say the same about your staff. Because of your staff l will have to find a new doctor. They are very unprofessional and down right rude. Especially your front desk female. The business office is not great either when it comes to verification of insurance. They keep telling me that they called my insurance to verify but yet my insurance says there is no calls other than myself about insurance verification. I am writing this review as a father. In late January 2025, Dr. Oforbuike Ewelukwa was the Memorial Hermann physician who discharged my daughter, sending her home with a diagnosis of cirrhosis that, in my opinion, was not adequately supported or thoroughly investigated. During our interaction, he stated that the cause of her cirrhosis was rare. At that time, we had no medical knowledge of rare liver diseases, nor were we informed about them.
