I am very sad to write this review for many reasons. Over the last few years, I have tried to put this behind me and move forward but as I am picking up the pieces from such a horrible home purchase from Joe Procopio and his team, it is my hope that someone will read this and avoid making a mistake with one of the biggest purchases that most people ever make.
