Very reliable. Great work, and great people!
Derek owner of Imperial Creations is amazing! He rebuilt my mailbox post and installed a new bathroom window, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. He is professional, meticulous, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. He pays close attention to every detail and takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
I have been using imperial creations over the last 10 years. Derek and his company have always come through for us with the highest level of satisfaction. Every project, interior, exterior, kitchen or roof, is done, meticulously, within budget and always completed in a timely fashion. Derek not only has great experience but he and his crew are a pleasure to work with. I'm thankful to have this great company to call for my home as well as all my investment property needs. Thank you again Dereck and Imperial Creations!
Derek is meticulous and does beautiful work. He returns calls and communicates quickly and effectively during the project. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. If I could give him 20 stars, I would. He is my contractor for life.
