This was the first time that I had used Imperial Construction for any project. The project consisted of a fire damage restoration ( 4 plex ). 3 of the 4 units suffered pretty extensive damage on a building that was constructed in the 60's. Miguel's vast experience and knowledge was evident when he fought with the insurance company to justify a lot of work that was needed to be done that was not included in the adjusters report.
