Very professional, quick response time and very efficient. They worked thru the night to help us through a water loss. We thought we would need new carpets but they were able to save them!! Thank you Imperial!! Great Service! Will use again!
It may have just been our technician but I was extremely unhappy with Imperial Cleaning Solution! First off, our tech shows up smelling like a dirty ash tray. I am still trying to get the smell out of my house. Second, when we were discussing the price he offered an under the table cash deal. Um, Imperial, your workers are stealing from you! I said no to having the service done. I would never call them for service again.
