Do not hire this company! They hired me to do a job and never paid my invoice and won’t answer the phone. I would not trust a company like that with my insurance money!! Smh

Jon came quickly when we called. We had water coming up throughout our house under floor from burst pipe under kitchen He helped us contact plumber and then got us estimates. He called our insurance company his staff immediately sent us a step by step of how they would put in claim and save our home from further damage.. Adam and Jon with their office handled everything and we were reassured and comfortable that our home would be better than new. We recommend them highly.

My insurance company underpaid my hurricane claim big time ( under deductible)i called Imperial and a couple months later, i got a check for a new roof.

Big waste of time and money. Very unprofessional. Negotiateion skills very poor. Received nothing above what was originally offered by insurance company minus their payment for doing nothing. Untrustworthy. Find an attorney these guys are amateurs..
