Always flexible with his time and reliable. Shows up and gets the job done. Carpets always come out looking wonderful and always a positive experience. I have used him for rental properties and my main home.

Jay was awesome from the first time I called. I expected a long wait to be accomodated into his schedule, but he was available within days! Over the phone, he asked me some basic details and I provided the dimensions of my rooms. I received a quote within minutes :) On the day of service, Jay and his assistant were super nice. Good job with the carpet but the weirdest human experience. I was pregnant at the time and had a carpet cleaning at my apartment a few years ago. The guy who came spent the whole time griping about his wife and making outdated jokes about how annoying pregnant/birthing women are. He had his teenaged assistant clean the whole carpet while this cringy banter went on without him getting the hint that I wasn't a fan.
