Imperial Carpet Care were courteous and professional. Andrew was great to work with, always prompt with appointments, honored his price quote and a pleasure to have clean my RV carpets. I would have liked to give them 5 stars but there was some discoloration on one of the carpets in a few spots. They came back to correct this issue as they gave me a satisfaction warranty. Andrew arrived early and was very professional throughout the time he was here. My furniture looks brand new, and my carpets are spotless. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Plus, his price is very reasonable. For top-notch cleaning in Carmel, Andrew is the one to call.

i had a red wine stain on carpet that was there for about 2 years. they were able to remove it and some other stains i didn't think will come out. great job... for a new company they pay attention to detail a lot more than some of the other companies i've used.
