Good service
The new setup is horrible. There is no type of organization, you will wait forever for full service. It's so sad, I've been a patron of theirs for years, I guess I'm on the hunt for better service and more organization.
I have been trying to wash my car for the past 2 months, each time I go there the place is closed for maintenance work and I have a monthly subscription for car wash which I’m charged every month without getting the service I pay for. I have trying to call them to cancel my subscription but no response. This is really bad for business at least you can pause all subscribers payment until the work is done but when you keep charging us for no usage then you are extorting money from us in this hard economy.
I chose this car wash place because it cleaned my car better and charged me less money.
