Great, friendly and personalised service despite being extremely busy upon returning from their Xmas break. Sam welcomed me into the store and gave me a tour of the facility, specifically the vault of safety deposit boxes. He was very friendly and able to answer all inquiries. I then had the pleasure of meeting Janessa who made the process of setting up a safety deposit box and purchasing further metals very easy and straight forward. Thank you, Sam and Janessa!
