Management is awful! the building 4800 w Peterson is falling apart! Elevators get stuck all the time, bathrooms are disgusting and the worst part is having to work in 89 degree weather! We complain every year and every year they use the old “the compressor “ is down. I’ve been working there for 11 years and nothing has changed. It’s absolutely neglectful and plain irresponsible. Do better.
I worked with George on several repair and maintenance items on my home, and he was wonderful to work with. He did a great job, and was extremely responsive & customer service friendly (kind of a rarity in this industry). I was also impressed with what a wide variety of work that he and his crew can perform - they seem to be able to almost anything you need, big or small, as opposed to needing to contact five different people for five different projects, which is always so much fun.
