I recently joined IB gym and from day one I’ve felt welcomed and accepted. The environment is positive and supportive, which makes learning and improving so much easier. A special shout-out to Heyden, an outstanding personal trainer! His knowledge, guidance, and ability to push and challenge me have been incredible. He doesn’t just train you—he inspires you to be better every session. Highly recommend both the gym and Heyden if you’re looking for real progress and motivation.
Having just joined this gym, am pretty impressed. Lots of equipment, great group training classes, a clean site, with instructors who know their stuff and push you to get the most out of your sessions.
I recently wanted to join a Gym and do some strength training to better my running. I hadn’t been in a gym for 10+ years and back then had only done cardio. I've only been going to IB for just over a month, my previous gym being a Pure Gym and my impressions so far have been great, IB is a brilliant little gym with a wide range of equipment to suit any type of training. There's an obvious sense of community with dedicated trainers and a friendly atmosphere. Being open 24hrs is also a great bonus.
Walking through the door was the hardest part, but totally worth it. The staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing. Classes are beginner-friendly, with clear guidance. It’s a safe, welcoming space that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting (or restarting) their fitness journey.
