I had been going to Imperial Bodies for about a year when I need to have a cardiac procedure last October. Everything went well, but the medical staff err on the side of caution with what exercise you allowed to do. It was a confusing and scary time if I'm honest. The team and other members at IB have been absolutely brilliant. Absolutely amazing gym!! I initially started here doing PAYG Strongwoman classes, while also being a member at another gym. But I soon cancelled that membership and moved to Imperial Bodies as a member. The equipment is always working and clean! Its spotless in there!! My 10 Yr old daughter attends their Junior Weightlifting class. She absolutely adores Deena as her coach and gets excited about her class every week! Joined the gym about a year ago and have loved going since. Staff are welcoming and friendly and is a very supportive environment to train and ultimately have fun in. I look forward to each session there. Gym is spacious and equipment is great. Also a gym that prides itself on cleanliness with excellent covid measures in place. Very friendly and welcoming gym. Love the classes
A great place to train with loads of decent kit and a friendly atmosphere. Welcoming to everyone and kept clean and tidy which is the icing on the cake!!
