The staff there are very respectful and courteous. Overall a good experience. They didn't waste my time and they attended to me quickly.
An unbelievably inept referral department. I needed referrals to 3 different specialists for injuries suffered in a car accident. I'd get the referral, make the appointment, arrive only to be denied services because the specialist didn't accept my insurance. This happened EIGHT times until they finally referred me to specialists that accept my insurance! How difficult is it to double check after the second or third time to make sure the specialist accepts the patient's insurance?
