An overflowing condensate pan from our central air handler leaked gallons of stagnant water across our second-floor hallway carpet right in the middle of a ninety-five-degree afternoon. Their cleaner extracted the pooled water swiftly, treated the underlay with an EPA-registered sanitizer, and set up turbo dryers to accelerate the evaporation process. Not a single trace of mustiness remains, giving our family total peace of mind.
Our daycare center needed a total carpet sanitization cleanout before reopening after the humid summer break. The crew disinfected every carpeted classroom with plant-based antimicrobial solutions and rapid-dry steam machinery. Parents were thoroughly impressed by how clean, fresh, and safe the classrooms looked on opening day.
