Wonderful service and quality repair! Carstar took care of all my Mercedes damages, negotiated with insurance, got me a rental car, and updated me regularly on the progress. Job done quicker than promised, with OEM parts and minimum hassle.
They were very nice when I asked if I could come in close to closing time. They were courteous during the review and were timely in the repairs. The store coordinated my rental and even was able to pick up up after my car was dropped off.
Really good people! Very kind and they did a great job whit removing a deep scratch from one of my car’s door. It looks like brand new now!
