Marina handled everything with ease and simplicity. She gave a good rate on the damages and the results were nearly flawless!
I really enjoyed with CARSTAR with the repairs on my vehicle. The agent kept me informed daily of the repairs and when my vehicle would be ready. In a difficult time like this it was very much appreciated with the assistance and final repairs to my vehicle. I would highly recommend their services to any that is in need of collison repairs.
The work was swift, efficient, and fairly priced. My car looks like new.
My mom was the most recent review and I can’t reply on that chain so I am adding my concerns with this company and their horrible customer service here. I contacted this company because they had really great reviews, and I wanted to support a local business. I thought I understood the process but was sadly mistaken and now have to start over with another collision company as I was fired as a client. I’m a single woman who has never been in a collision and had no idea how to proceed because of my parts from Honda were back ordered.
