CarStar is very exceptional in Customer Service, Repairs, and communication. They make me feel very important and make sure no question or concern get unanswered. Once my car was ready, a very detailed description of EVERY repair was provided in the final bill. Very satisfied with the service.

I had an amazing experience with Carstar Imperial. They were very responsive, got the job done quickly, and did amazing work on my car. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I would recommend anyone needing work done to choose this place. Not only did they completely fix the damage to my car after it was hit, they cleaned both inside and outside of my car which was a pleasant surprise. My car looked better than ever leaving the shop! 100% recommend this place.
So glad we found this shop! My 20yr old was in a hit and run at a red light on her lunch break while at work and she found this place and chose it since it had the best reviews from the nearby 3 locations to her job with our insurance. So the damage was driver side both doors swiped (minor) but the mirror was gone and fender was torn forward and some minor damage to the body attached to the fender also- that was the hit and run claim... so since the car was in the shop for this I decided to make a 2nd claim on the passenger ... read more
