Big thank you to the team at Carstar Imperial Auto Works for repairing my Acura MDX after I had a front end collusion with a deer. Thankfully it was mostly cosmetic and state farm and Carstar handled the process in a timely manner. Thanks to the skill and attention to detail by the technicians my suv looks brand new! This Carstar Imperial Auto Works in Skokie, truly deserves more than five stars. I had an excellent experience with this company — they were incredibly easy to work with. The management took care of everything for me: communicating with the insurance company, arranging a rental car, and doing an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. Highly recommended!
Carstar underpromised and over delivered! Not only did they have the repair completed a day sooner than they promised, but the car was completely cleaned and vacuumed! Car hasn’t looked so good since I bought it. And everyone was so polite and helpful. Great experience during a stressful time for me.
