Recently filed a claim through state farm due to a rock smashing my drivers side headlight. George and the wonderful staff at carstar imperial auto works and state farm gave me the most seamless, hassle free experience to get my truck fixed. The best part was there was no body damage and they were able to source an new OEM headlight direct from Ford and have me pick up the truck the same day I dropped it off. Very professional and quick turn around time, I highly recommend this place.
My car had a lot of damage from being backed into by another car. I was not familiar with the claims, insurance, estimates, rental etc. They knew what they were doing and made me feel at ease and confident about the whole process.
