Excellent experience at Imperial Auto Body. Josh was super friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I brought my car in on Wednesday, he found the part that was needed, gave me a quote right away, and I had my car back by Friday. Fast, honest, and professional service. I would highly recommend them!
I have a 5 month old Lexus RXh and i was devastated to have an accident in my brand new car. I was going on vacation and left the car at Imperial while I was gone. Went to pick up car upon my return and found they did a PERFECT job. Lexus original parts, reasonable labor & parts pricing and they didn't charge me for "storage" when I returned. I am a very happy Customer. Thanks for a great job!
Very professional and outstanding customer service. Only took a couple of days to find and replace my car door, and we were communicated thru the whole process. Thank you Adam, Kyle and the entire team at Imperial!
Do not get body work done here. The body panels they installed were misaligned, with clips coming apart immediately; they used third party components despite billing me at a premium for oem parts; they failed to complete the repair by leaving out the air intake, which i didn't see missing until many months later; they forgot to put my spare tire back in the vehicle, and when I came back for it they simply handed it to me without reinstalling it. Darak made the experience from the first call to pick up, stress free and positive. He handled everything with enterprise and the insurance, he fixed my car in a timely manner and took my personal concerns into consideration. My car was clean outside and inside. It was truly a positive experience.
