Im an out of state customer and I saw an ad for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee online and fell in love with the car. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Nick where I expressed my interest in the car and my intent of driving up the next day to purchase the car. In aug I spoke to a sales man about a white x5m on the lot. I flew up to see the vehicle and saw that the tires were not the same allround and that the brakes were completely gone. First salesman stated he would get them taken care of give him a day to do so. I showed up the next day with check in hand and nothing had been done but the vehicle was detailed. Purchased a 2016 BMW 428i with bald tires on it and brand new inspection sticker which I told them about and they did lower the price by about 300 bucks but once I took the car to a shop I then found out why the tires weren't replaced because they couldn't get the stripped keyed lug nut off also has bad brake pads that do not pass inspection calling state trooper in the morning about the inspection and then the Virginia dealer board about this dealership selling a car with bad tires and brakes which are 2 huge safety issues
