We've been trusting Dr. Bates for over 15 years with our fur babies. I love that he has an amazing ability to connect with his patients parents. He never rushes you through and always answers your questions in a way you can understand. The entire team is so lovely to engage with and makes your fur babies feel like they are an extended member if their own families. Thank you all for what you do, it is greatly appreciated!
Dr. Scott fit us in even though he was booked. He was so kind and compassionate. He also explained in great detail what injury Lilly had, and put our minds at ease!! She is resting comfortably!!
