in years past we have had great service but since the new hospital has opened it has been a long list of issues. Misdiagnosed our pets and when calling to ask information received nothing but a hateful attitude by receptionist. save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Complete lack of customer service and poor attitudes by everyone we have dealt with

Worst vet I have been too. They say they have seen my fur babies for four years. Is not true. They do not understand adopted dogs or dogs that are scared of vets. They just assume dogs who are scared of vets need more medication to calm them down. The vet I currently see said the vet should not have ordered 3 different medications to calm him down. He and his partners at Imperial Animal Hospital are not comfortable working with dogs with traumatic pasts. You just need one medication to calm him before you come in. The recept... read more
My kitten Whinnie was not feeling well and Dr. Worth fit him in her busy schedule and called to follow up to see how he was doing. Once she heard he was not doing much better she had me take him in right away to be seen. She followed through with his care even when she was not in the office. She called me with updates regularly and even though he had to stay overnight, I knew he was in the best hands. My fur babies have also seen Dr. Bates who is an amazing man as well. We take both of our dogs to Imperial Animal hospital and we love it! All the doctors we’ve worked with have been amazing and so educated, and have even allowed us to email photos to them and given us a call immediately about their advice and expertise, to try and eliminate having to make a separate appointment if not necessary. The vet techs have done the same! This shows me that they care more about our pets than just simply trying to make money, which is so appreciated and professional. I love this place for my dogs. Dr Bates, DR Emo, and staff(Kelsey, Jordan, Jessie, Vickie, Megan, and anyone else I’ve missed, sorry) have just been awesome to my Hullie through his toughest of times. Hullie even when sick likes to see his friends at IAH. The care they offer and give is genuine and they always go the extra mile to help my buddy in need. They are first class, the facility is first class and I have other vet services hospitals closer etc but my dogs and pets will always go to imperial animal hospital.

Not too long ago my pup broke his leg and they did everything they could to take as much money and do as many unnecessary tests as possible. After that i took my other dog for her yearly shots and when they tried to take her blood they missed the vein 8 times before she yelped in pain and peed. She limped for well over a month. Now they tried to clip the family dogs nails KNOWING hes extremely anxious and doesnt like people touching his paws. No sedatives or anythinf to help keep him calm. The staff of Imperial Animal Hospital are amazing. They truly care about the animals and the owners. I have been going to them off and on since 1985. They have cared for my personal pets as well as my classroom pets
