We truly valued the excellent work that Imperial Air Conditioning Repair's owner and his team did on our most recent makeover because they were amiable, trustworthy, and knowledgable. They even completed the work over the weekend so that the next Monday, our inspection could be approved. I appreciate Imperial Air's excellent work!

Professional and trustworthy service is hard to come by these days. I actually don't understand how it works; I only know when it doesn't function, so the service member who was explaining it to me was incredibly patient and thorough. I will definitely use them again in the event of another emergency.

The genuine stuff, he is. He is a doctor who takes the time to evaluate the condition and inspect the complete system, not simply an HVAC expert. He is highly knowledgeable, focused on the details, and meticulous. Even taking the time to teach me the fundamentals of maintenance, he freely volunteered his knowledge and advise. I really value the fact that he went above and above by traveling more than two hours to visit me.
