The venue itself was very nice for a small group of ppl, loved the chairs and special tables they had provided. Everything was white which made the venue look elegant with less decor. I worked with Carmen, and the bartender were great and very helpful. Everyone at the party loved the place . The only thing that needs to be updated is the prep area for food and or other things( very small space). Overall ,the entire event went smoothly and everyone had a great time.Thank you for everything!!!☺️
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Imperial 55, and I strongly advise against using this venue for any event. The managers, Tracey and Michelle, displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude throughout the entire planning process. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve issues made the experience unnecessarily stressful. When my husband and I were starting the wedding planning process we were lost and stressed. We were considering just going to the court house to avoid the stress even though both of us wanted a small wedding. I am so grateful to Tracey and her team for helping us out. We had a beautiful, intimate wedding at a reasonable price that took the steps off of us. Honestly we couldn't have ended up in better hands.
Yesterday my son got married in this place and have a wonderful time, the animation, the local and the food delicious the people there and employees everybody so nice thank you. Beautiful decoration I'm really enjoyed . And recommend. Congratulations Saul - Thabita.
