I had a deeply disappointing experience with Imperial 55, and I strongly advise against using this venue for any event. The managers, Tracey and Michelle, displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude throughout the entire planning process. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve issues made the experience unnecessarily stressful. When my husband and I were starting the wedding planning process we were lost and stressed. We were considering just going to the court house to avoid the stress even though both of us wanted a small wedding. I am so grateful to Tracey and her team for helping us out. We had a beautiful, intimate wedding at a reasonable price that took the steps off of us. Honestly we couldn't have ended up in better hands.
Yesterday my son got married in this place and have a wonderful time, the animation, the local and the food delicious the people there and employees everybody so nice thank you. Beautiful decoration I'm really enjoyed . And recommend. Congratulations Saul - Thabita.
This venue was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations for hosting my baby shower. Communication was top tier and the preparations made before date of event was executed well. From our first inquiry to our final walkthrough everything requested was what was presented. I highly recommend using venue and taking advantage of the package deals that they offer because it saves time and they cover small decorating details you wouldn’t even think to add to your event.
I strongly urge anyone who values their hard-earned money to avoid doing business with these deceitful and unethical individuals. Before booking my event, I asked several questions to ensure transparency. Michelle, the so-called assistant, had to repeatedly consult the venue owner, Tracey, before providing answers.
