Exceptional customer service. My facial was so relaxing that I actually dozed off. And to add to the experience this place is nicely decorated and smells amazing.
I visited the Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar for a simple brow wax. Unbeknownst to me, my skin was literally ripped off in the process. I realized shortly after I left (5-10 minutes) I felt sensitivity. I looked in the mirror to find what appeared to be a burn above my right brow. I quickly returned to the shop, was kindly escorted back to the treatment room where I thought I would be attended to, but was met with blame.
