This dealership was previously known as Arrow Truck Sales and now operates as Impel Union. It appears to be managed by the same individuals. I purchased a truck from a salesperson named Felipe Coronado, and unfortunately, the vehicle turned out to be in poor condition. It required extensive repairs, which cost me a significant amount of money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider purchasing from a more reputable and established dealership.

I purchased two trucks from Nicholas Branecky, in Impala Union (Truck Seal) in Houston, Texas, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I picked up one of the trucks, the window was broken. They promised to reimburse me, but I was never reimbursed. On top of that, it took them almost two months to provide the titles. Muy mala experiencia con esta compañia, las personas que laboran se dan por despedidas o desaparecidas, me imagino que para no resolver los problemas. llevo meses tratando de solucionar la entrega de un tractocamion y no recibo respuesta de nadie. Cero recomendable no adquieran problemas con estas personas.

Lousy Service, I bought a tractor and a trailer months ago and has not been delivered, I sent emails and nobody gives a solution, mail to the director, to the owners of the company and Andie responds, I am in Mexico and I will have to return to do legal process, which implies more expenses and what I would save when buying in the USA I will have to spend on demand, flights, meals and lodging
