This was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had with a vendor in recent years. Carlos who I think is the owner, was just a pure pleasure to work with. He is deeply knowledgeable about oriental rugs. They have all the right equipment to do the job with and their results were fabulous. They arrived when they said they would and returned when they said they would. They were over the top cautious with our furniture and the rugs and we had to do nothing. I highly recommend them for cleaning rugs.
Carlos is wonderful to work with! He does an amazing job and his turn around time is incredible. He is very knowledgeable about many different types of rugs and has the abilty to clean all of them. We have used other companies in the past, they would take weeks and the rugs would come back still damp. We had three rugs cleaned by Impeccable Rugs in the last few weeks, they all look perfect and the cost was definitely reasonable. We will be using them again in the future. My family gave this to me as a gift from our father whom recently passed away. I brought in a beautiful handmade rug, from Pakistan. 100% wool it needed cleaning and cut to size for the dimensions of my room. I looked up on Google Maps for a place nearby. Sure enough 2 gentleman came to help me carry my 50 LB. rug. A beautiful showroom filled with one of a kind rare rugs from all over the globe. Spilled some wine in our antique Turkish area rug. Carlos from Impeccable Rugs came to our rescue and did a fabulous job cleaning it. All the stain came out and the carpet looks beautiful. We also purchased several rug pads and they were delivered and installed quickly!!! We highly recommend this company!!
They cleaned all my oriental rugs and they look as their original conditions.
