Difficult to reach on the phone and when you get to shop, staff lack knowledge of stock. Found they did not stock replacement filters for the very expensive Dolphin robot sold to me 2 years go. Would not recommend them nor the robot which has to be checked every few days and restarted. Maytronics support equally poor.
