We had Impeccable Pools do a restoration of an old in-ground pool that was leaking after we bought a new home, as well as hardscape around the pool and a bigger patio area. I will not go back - which is a shame as I have been a customer here for years and am all about supporting small local business. The sales person was quite abrasive and in no uncertain terms told me I needed to visit Canadian Tire since my pool was not an in-ground. In all fairness, I should’ve listened to him and gone elsewhere, but my own stubbornness to solve my pool issue won over my better judgement. Had my pool refurbished 1.5 years ago this spring. Open the pool this spring and had a hard time to get it to prime. I had air getting in and was losing water. They came over and found a couple of fitting need tightened. Went back to the office a few weeks later and asked someone to call I am still losing water. No one got back to me. I brought in another company that found the leak. In the new line that was put in. Now that has to be replaced. This is not the first problem.
