For the second time this season, I've had to call and follow up on my weed service. The first time I had an issue, it took two phone calls to actually get a response and get my problem solved. I'm currently still waiting on a response after 3 phone calls (though I know someone received at least one of them, as they were kind enough to "trim" my weeds instead of actually pulling them.
