Staff is nice and professional. Establishment is clean, but I spent ALOT of money on treatment and products and I have no results to show for it. For a bit it seemed like it was clearing up, but now my skin is exactly the same as before I started. Very upsetting.

I got products about $600 worth. They made certain areas of my face get dark. I let them know they told me to stop using specific products for a while but my face was still getting dark and feeling RAW. I asked if I can exchange a product and they said no I can’t do that. So I say well can I at least get a sample of something else?? They send a samples of a fragrance free moisturizer out. I used the moisturizers still had darkness. They never reached back out after this. SCAM
I drove 2 hours for this service, and it was well worth it. From the very beginning, Elaine was professional, informative, and incredibly kind. Her assistant Sophia was also so helpful and sweet, making the entire process smooth and comforting. My results were amazing — my skin looked brighter, smoother, and more even-toned after the peel.
