George and his staffs are professional and dedicated people. I am working with them since 2023. They are sometimes busy (when you are doing a good job you have a lot of customers ) but they make sure they deliver timely. I like also George suggestions of how to structure the returns. Greatly recommended

I have been using this office for my tax returns since 2019, but I haven't received any responses to my queries or suggestions regarding taxes. My experience with my 2022 tax return was very poor; I had to follow up multiple times for support, and even after several refiles, my tax filing remains unresolved. Very positive experience dealing with George. I came to him with a 4 year tax backlog that involved an international move and other tedious details he was able to consult on with ease. Everything was prepared and filed with minimal delay.
Very bad customer service. I tried to book an appointment for several times as I tried to visit them at the office and called their phone but no one helped me with the booking over two weeks.
