Fraudulent parking violation notices. Lot clearly stated it's hours of pay to park 10am-5pm, I parked at 6pm. And I have photos to prove it as well as the citation having the time of "6:38pm". My attorney will be in touch Monday, we will see you in civil court.

This is a bandit company. They don’t even deserve one star! They don't clearly specify the payment method, but they prominently advertise two hours of free parking, then wait to issue fines to those who park. It's incredible that a company built on extortion is still in business. Even the phone prompt warns not to abuse the customer service representatives, which clearly shows they've been yelled at a lot.

Funny how Impark has not even got 1 two-star review. Must be a pretty terrible company. I got a fraudulent ticket for $93 from impark, my advise: Don't pay it. I filed a complaint with the BBB and WA AG office, which their company ignored. They sent me to collections and I disputed the "invoice." I told the rep I am not paying this amount because I do not believe I owe this and she replied, "this bill will just sit in our office and wont get reported to the credit bureaus." LOL. If I can't reach to you in any possible way (phone, email, fax, mail, etc) to understand why you fraudulently put a citation on my windshield even though i have proof of payment, why the heck are you allowed to operate a business. This isn't your fault, it is fault of the government to allow a scammy parasite company to suck on blood of its people.
