I had a very concerning experience with Impark. The employees were not wearing any identifiable uniforms — instead, they were in hoodies and sweatpants, hiding around the corner and watching people. I witnessed this with my own eyes and found it to be extremely unprofessional and misleading. When I approached one of them and asked if they were required to wear a uniform, he told me they were instructed not to wear one, but he wouldn’t provide any further explanation. Impark is a criminal outfit! I have never paid tax for parking until this past weekend. 29% tax on a $7 voucher? This is the first time I recall ever paying tax for parking.
Getting hold of Impark is a nightmare. They won’t reply to voicemails, or emails or answer calls but somehow they are very quick when it comes to issuing parking tickets.
My mom got a parking ticket at a grocery parking lot. She sent in her grocery receipt as proof that she shopped there & was ticketed for. I've tried countless times calling the customer service number, only to wait 20-40 mins & the call automatically drops. This is obviously purposeful on their part. I've tried every number & you can only get a representative if it's for a purchase & even then, they're rude & cut you off without being able to finish your sentence. It's $9/hr but they have a flat rate of $17 if you enter before 10am and exit by 6pm. Also, they have a different rate at night. Varies from $7-8 flat when you enter around 5pm and leave by midnight.
