They are fraud artists that need to be investigated or better shut down for good. They charged my credit card three times by "mistake" and now won't refund me my money back. I can't get a hold of anyone by phone, I also filled out a generic contact form on their website to dispute the payment charges on my credit card and it's been a month now and I haven't heard back from anyone. This is extremely alarming and based on other peoples reviews something needs to be done collectively about this!
Never park at Impark. I wish we had read the reviews before parking. Now I understand why there were lots of vacant places even in a busy place. People usually avoid this parking lot. Very expensive. Customer service not helpful.
I had a very concerning experience with Impark. The employees were not wearing any identifiable uniforms — instead, they were in hoodies and sweatpants, hiding around the corner and watching people. I witnessed this with my own eyes and found it to be extremely unprofessional and misleading. When I approached one of them and asked if they were required to wear a uniform, he told me they were instructed not to wear one, but he wouldn’t provide any further explanation. Impark is a criminal outfit! I have never paid tax for parking until this past weekend. 29% tax on a $7 voucher? This is the first time I recall ever paying tax for parking.
