Terrible pay system as well as customer service!!!! I was frustrated that the machine to pay for parking refused to take my card, and the app was too hard to navigate! So, I messaged the company and received a genic, if not rude and unhelpful, reply back. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I'm more than happy to pay for parking. But to make it user UNFRIENDLY is simply disgusting. I guess my very pregnant daughter will have to walk quite a piece after driving an hour yo get to her obgyn appointments....
The parking meter does not work. So how do I put a ticket on my vehicle?
Pay by phone app doesn't work for lot number OTO45. Onsite machine is old and doesn't accept tap to pay
