no attendant when I came to pick up my car, had to ring the gate open bell several times before a man came down and very annoyingly checked me out and got my car for me.
THE WORST!!! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went to pick up my car and have been sitting here waiting for them to open over 2 1/2 hours and they are still not here! INSANE - AVOID!!!!!!
Rude and overpriced. Not much else to add!
This is the second time I’ve parked in this garage. The first time, the worker told me I needed to pay $5 because I entered the garage 5 minutes before my reservation. Even though I got the car hours before my reservation was over. The second time he charged a $15 fee, and kept saying that it was the system not him but wouldn’t explain why he was charging me. The worker on Friday nights is very rude. Reviews are true. This is a scam
