I just watched the parking attendant smash the sideview mirror off a bronco while backing into the elevator. The attendant acted like it wasn’t a big deal, then got angry when I wouldn’t let him pull my car out of the parking space after I witnessed his inability to properly drive a vehicle. I suspect he wasn’t entirely sober. They also charged me a crazy oversize fee for a car that easily fit under the lifted parking space.
This place is a rip off. I booked a spot through spot hero for $26.50. Once I got there they told me it’s an extra $15 for SUVs. Nowhere did it say that when I booked. I would have picked a different lot if I’d known ahead of time, not when it’s too late to cancel. Will never park here again.
Very rude staff, I ordered thru way, and they don’t let me park and rude as hell
I had the same issue than over people reported They charged me a $15 oversized fee for a Tesla Y I asked to see their policy and they said that had no policy and all cars were oversized Because I booked through spot hero I was stuck and had no choice but paying
