Paid for parking today accidentally typed in an extra letter in the licence plate. Got a notice on my vehicle. Phoned to clear it up. Indigo has the absolute worst customer service in the world and is telling me I did not pay. Was told I have an old notice that I have to clear up or they will refuse to correct it.
