I had a terrible experience with this parking facility. I made a reservation through SpotHero, which clearly included my car’s brand and model, and I even paid extra for an oversized vehicle as part of the reservation. Despite this, the parking manager rudely refused to honor it, claiming my car was too large for the price I paid. Unfriendly, extra fees even with prepaid reservation, waiting 15 minutes for service then being rushed for taking less than a minute.

In this parking lot my Ray Bans were stolen from the sunglasses holder by the valet. Not what you expect from Valet.

Far too expensive to park, and along with the fact that they're very unprofessional and unhelpful. We picked up our car after a few days, and there was a flat tire. We were supposed to get to the airport, which is 3 hours away, and this impacted our schedule negatively. The workers showed no effort to help and told us they weren't liable at all, which is quite hilarious. Do not recommend. For reference, up to an hour of parking costed $20-30, and went up to around $60 for a single day.
