The rates of the lots having nothing to do with impark. They recommend a area rate and the owner of the property gets to have last say. So if owner says 8$ a hour then that's what it is. Some times impark only makes profits of of tickets from that contract. Or they get a % of revinue... So. Don't look. At impark for high rates. Talk to owner of property... staff will ticket you cause they make revienue from tickets 5$ a tow and ruffly 2$ a ticket if paid. Offer them a tip.
