Parking attendant hangs out here looking to catch people and ticket them any chance possible. No flexibility at all, not even if you're just sitting in your car, waiting for someone for 5 minutes. Look for alternative parking areas across the street/alley.

I had an unpleasant experience with an agent working at Lot #636. Monday Oct28 While I was parked on the street in front of a hotel, where there was no parking number posted, the agent crossed over a divider and insisted I pay for parking, even though I was on a public street with no intention of using the medical center. This interaction felt intrusive and unprofessional. I believe the agent could benefit from further training on respecting both customers and parking regulations

Instead of a security guard, they have a noise transmitter to keep the homeless out. A high frequency transmitter that makes you want to jump in front of a car. Convenient for them, but makes it unbearable to even walk to your car and ruins the experience for guests of the hotel and surrounding businesses. Until the businesses surrounding this Parkade take some action, nothing will change. This Parkade is a joke.
