Being a senior I got confused when entering my licence plate number at the Skytrain Impark meter. Because I had the wrong number I was issued a Parking Notice. The next morning I went on the Impark website and through chat was able to resolve the issue. I was very impressed with the guidance, politeness and assistance that Impark provided me and cannot speak more highly of this interaction. I will be much more careful next time.
With the inconvenience fees from the app, it comes to about $3.75 a day. Not much cheaper than park and ride if you need to use the skytrain. Might makes sense if you need to park from 2am to 4am since the park and ride has that limitation.
Low parking charges.
I didn't have a credit card on me and the machine doesn't accept debit cards. If there hadn't been a friendly person who paid for my parking ticket, I would have been in a huge pickle. No cash and no debit card accepted.
